| | We provide our clients with quality clarifiers that are used in various industries for the process of clarification. Known for their efficiency, our clarifiers are available in various dimensions as per the requirement of our clients. Further, these clarifiers are easy to install and requires low maintenance. The size of settling basins of these clarifiers depends on the following parameters: - Over flow rate (surface settling rate)
- tank depth at the sidewall
- Detention time
Process:Clarification process is done in rectangular or circular basins, where the wastewater is held to allow particulate solids to settle out of the suspension. | Lamella Separators  | We are offering our clients with a quality range of Lamella Separators that are used to clarify dirty water. The clarification surface and dimensions of lamella separator can be reduced as per the requirement. Further, these lamella separators are appreciated by our clients for its efficiency and long serviceability.
Function specification:
The dirty water gets into the inlet channel and runs downwards. In the middle of the separator the flow is reversed and streams up through the lamellas, passes a weir and gets out of the separator. During the passage the particles settle down onto the inclined lamellas (sedimentation) and slide into the sludge funnel. For separating finest particles (turbidity) from the water, it is necessary to use flocculants.

| Rake And Screw Classifiers | We at Indofab Industries, also offer a complete line of heavy-duty screw and rake classifiers that can be specified with either a single or twin model screw classifier. These classifiers are widely used to separate water and silt and other unwanted fines from sand while dewatering. Available in a wide range of sizes to cover nearly all requirements and specifications, they operate at a slow speed to separate sand and unwanted clay and debris is floated over the adjustable weirs. Our desiegned classifiers are provided with a hydro cyclone grit separator(s) to meet larger flow requirements. Using hydraulic forces (no moving parts), the hydro cyclone separator concentrates the grit and reduces the amount of water that is delivered to the classifier. | | | | We provide our clients with Hydro cyclones that are available with quality mixing tank (turbo washer). Functioning:
This unit works with a pressure force of a feeding pump and reaches a higher separation effect (approximately 20 times earth's gravity) by using the rotational forces of the moving water. The PE/PP material is leaving the Hydro cyclone at the upper end with the mainstream of the water, sinking material, PET, at the lower end with only small amounts of water. By choosing the nozzle sizes at the outlets of the cyclone the selectivity can be adjusted.
| Cyclone Separators And Collectors | Cyclone Seperators: Designed in accordance to international standards, we are one of the few leading names to offer cyclone seperators that are used to remove 99% of free liquids and solids 5 microns and larger. They are also used as slug catchers and inlet separators for plants or for gas well test separators. These are devices that utilize centrifugal forces and low pressure caused by spinning motion to separate materials of differing density, size, and shape. These separators are particularly effective for the removal of solids, such as phaltines and iron sulphides. The liquid holding area can also be enlarged to handle large volumes of liquids and/or slugs.
Cyclone Collectors: These are large funnel shaped sheet metal tubes connected to ducts often used in woodshops, machine shops, manufacturing plants, and powder processing plants. These cyclone collectors are designed to achieve high dust collection efficiencies at low pressure drops. They separate dust from the dusty air stream by using a settling chamber (a large box) in ductwork carrying dusty air. When the dust filled air stream enters the large settling chamber its speed come down considerably owing to the sudden increase in size of its passage. | |
